Tom Rim Man - Shrimp Stir-fry



Ingredients:
- 2 lbs shrimp
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt (or 1/2 tsp salt + 1 tsp chicken bouillon)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 glove of garlic
- some green onions

Methods:
- Rinse the shrimp and pat dry them.
- Marinate the shrimp with sugar, salt and pepper for about 30 mins.
- Chop garlic and green onions (put them separately).
- Heat the pan then put 2 tbsp olive oil.
- When the oil is hot, put the garlic in.
- When the garlic turns brown, put the shrimp in and stir-fry for 10-15 mins or until the shrimp is done.
- throw in the chopped green onions and stir-fry for another minute then turn off the heat.
- Serve this dish hot with rice.
