Food + Exercise Log 2009-07-05

Breakfast: 2/3 cup of cereal + 1/2 cup of soy milk; 1 cup of whole milk + 1 scoop of whey powder.
Lunch: 2 piece of Church's chicken + 1 biscuit
Dinner: banh uot cha lua
Snack: 1 cup of whole milk + 1 scoop of whey powder; 1 nectarine + 20 grapes

Exercise: walk 3.5 miles.

Went to Sam's club and grocery today. Felt a bit tired when I got home.
