Bo Luc Lac -
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of beef filet
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pineapple juice (optional)
- garlic
- lettuce
- tomatoes
Methods:
- cut beef in small cube and marinate with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pineapple juice for a few hours or overnight.
- Heat the pan with high heat. Then put olive oil and crushed garlic.
- When oil and garlic are hot, throw in the beef and quickly stir it.
- It takes 5-10 mins to cook - it depends on how you want your beef to be cooked.
- Decorate the dish with lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with rice
